2. Short breaks are not available during peak season i.e. July and August.
3. Prices include electricity, heating , hot water, towels and bed linen (not cot bedding)
4. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
5. Sorry no pets, except Guide dogs.
6. Long Barn is suitable for 4 persons plus an infant (a travel cot is provided). The names of all guests should be given on booking and under no circumstances should more than the maximum number occupy the cottage. Guests are permitted daytime visitors only where consent of the proprietors has been given.
7. It is a condition of each let that guests should treat Long Barn and its contents with respect and that the cottage should be left in the same clean and tidy condition in which it is found. We would ask that any damage or breakages are reported before departure. Guests will be liable for any costs incurred in replacing or repairing items which they have damaged.
8. No liability is accepted for any injury to guests or damage to vehicles or other items belonging to them.
9. A deposit of £100 is required on booking unless otherwise stated.
10. The balance is payable at least 4 weeks before entry date.
11. Cancellation:
- In the event of cancellation the deposit will be forfeit.
- Where a cancellation is made within four weeks of entry date no refund will be given.
- If a cancellation is made more than four weeks before entry date then a refund will only be made if the booked period is successfully re-let. If the booked period is re-let but at a lower price then only this lesser amount will be refunded.
Should it be necessary for us to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, illness etc.) then all monies paid will be returned in full. The proprietors will not be held responsible in any way for any other losses incurred by you.
We would strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance cover with a reputable insurance company to guard against any unforeseen circumstances.
12. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time and guests are advised to check these before booking. All information on our website is given in good faith and no responsibility is taken for inaccuracies. We reserve the right to change or withdraw facilities at any time.
